Performances :
Tarak : Its his show all over. He carried the role of Sakthi swaroop with ease. But the Rudhra character does not fit him as it is more than the age role. He looked dashing in this film. He looked fabulous in the Pre-Interval episode. But for Rudhra he is not the right fit. Rudhra getup seems very artificial. His dances are good but not his out standing work.
Ileana : She is good. Looked cute in this film, but becoming monotonous when it comes to performance.
There is a huge star cast but none them have scope for performance. No one could really able to make their mark.
Technical Departments :
Cinematography : Photography is good but could have been better. In songs photography is very good. Screen looks energetic in songs.
Music : 2 songs are good on screen, BGM is not Mani's best work. He left out few good scenes with out proper BGM.
Editing : The second biggest culprit after direction department. No work done. Scenes length exceeds, jump cuts, missed continuity on two occasions, what not, pretty bad work. This movie can be trimmed by 20 mins at least.
Story - Screenplay - Direction : The base plot was good. Its evident that the movie is not on to sets with bounded script. As the shoot progresses changes chesinattu telsipothu untundi. Too many cooks spoiled the dish la untundi. Screenplay could have been lot lot better. Direction is good at parts but on a whole Meher's bad job till date.Taking in the interval bang was stylish,full marks for Meher for that episode. Second half everything fell flat,second half start ayyaka flash back kosam waiting, flash back start ayyaka eppudu aipodda ani waiting, flash back ayyaka movie inka entha sepu ani thinking. Subject is heavy narrative is alright in first half, pathetic in second half. Cinematic liberty is there at parts. You feel drenched with the interval bang and Second half drains you completely.
Overall ga Not a flick for this summer. Hardcore NTR fans can enjoy it to some extent. Openings are massive because of the aggressive promotion and the hype built around. But will it survive? yes, until next big release.
